The building is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC). The 14,000-seat facility is the result of a pioneering public-private partnership between the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, the State of Texas, and a group of private-sector participants, including foundations, individuals, and organizations. The arena is located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in the Cultural District of Fort Worth, Texas.

We pride ourselves on providing a robust array of entertainment for Fort Worth, including various concert genres, sports, family shows, comedians, and the legendary Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. Our schedule requires an excellent team of people to bring each show to life, encompassing operations, parking, guest services, security, and food & beverage.
